Chat credits allow you to converse with AI characters. Each message you send costs 1 chat credit.
Tap the recharge button in-game to purchase a package. We support card payments via Toss Payments.
Credits are usually applied immediately after payment. If they don't appear, try refreshing the page or logging in again. If the issue persists, contact contact@doki-world.xyz with the payment time and amount.
We do not currently offer credits through ad viewing. You can use the 30 free credits given upon registration, or purchase a package.
No, purchased chat credits do not expire. You can use them anytime as long as your account is active.
If you have not used any chat credits, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Apply directly from the purchase history page or contact contact@doki-world.xyz. Refunds are not available once any credits have been used.
To delete your account, send a request to contact@doki-world.xyz with the email address you used to sign up. All data (chat history, credits, etc.) will be permanently deleted upon processing.
